titleOfInvention Silicon-carbon negative electrode material and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to the technical field of lithium ion batteries, in particular to a silicon-carbon negative electrode material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method of the silicon-carbon negative electrode material comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing silicon particles, a dispersing agent and soluble inorganic salt in deionized water to obtain a mixed solution; heating the mixed solution, evaporating the solvent, cooling, filtering and drying to obtain a first intermediate product; uniformly mixing the first intermediate product with a carbon source, and performing high-temperature carbonization in an inert atmosphere to obtain a second intermediate product; and washing the second intermediate product with deionized water, and drying to obtain the silicon-carbon negative electrode material. The preparation method of the silicon-carbon cathode material is simple in operation process, the prepared silicon-carbon cathode material with the yolk shell structure can provide enough passivation space for volume expansion of silicon, improves the electrochemical performance of a lithium ion battery, does not need hydrofluoric acid, strong acid or strong base, is very environment-friendly in the manufacturing process, and does not have potential safety hazard.
