abstract | The invention belongs to the field of detection, and discloses a method for simultaneously and quantitatively detecting taurine and methyltaurine in lauroyl methyltaurate by using a high performance liquid ultraviolet method. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a series of standard samples by using methyl taurine and taurine standard; carrying out ultraviolet spectrum detection on the standard sample to obtain peak areas of taurine and methyltaurine; respectively taking the concentrations of the methyl taurine and the taurine as horizontal coordinates, and taking the respective peak areas as vertical coordinates to obtain two linear equations; preparing a sample to be detected from sodium lauroyl methyl taurate; carrying out ultraviolet spectrum detection on a sample to be detected to obtain peak areas of taurine and methyltaurine; respectively substituting into a linear equation to calculate the concentration of the methyltaurine and the taurine, and the linear (r is more than 0.999) is good in the concentration range of 0-10 mg/ml; the accuracy and the repeatability are good; the solution was stable for both 24 and 48 hours. |
