abstract |
The invention belongs to the field of biotechnology, and relates to a detection kit for adjuvant immunotherapy target gene C19orf38 of renal chromophobe cell carcinoma and its application. The present study confirmed that the expression of C19orf38 in renal chromophobe carcinoma was significantly decreased. The expression level of C19orf38 was positively correlated with the immune microenvironment indicators StromalScore, ImmuneScore and ESTIMATEScore, and was positively correlated with the infiltration of various immune cells, and a C19orf38 detection kit was designed. |
