Inflammatory bowel disease marker microorganism and application thereof |
abstract |
The invention proposes inflammatory bowel disease marker microorganisms and uses thereof, the inflammatory bowel disease marker microorganisms comprising a first set of microorganisms, and thus, further proposes a kit comprising reagents suitable for detecting at least one species in the first set of microorganisms, said first set of microorganisms consisting of: bifidobacterium animalis (Bifidobacterium _ animalis) and Ruminococcus _ bronii (Ruminococcus _ bronii). The abundance of the microorganisms provided by the invention is remarkably different between healthy people and patients with inflammatory bowel disease, and the microorganisms can be used as markers for effectively detecting and/or treating inflammatory bowel disease. |
