abstract | The invention provides a polyimide composite diaphragm, a preparation method thereof and a lithium ion battery. The polyimide composite membrane comprises a polyimide base membrane, a ceramic coating coated on one side of the polyimide base membrane and a polymer coating coated on the other side of the polyimide base membrane. According to the polyimide composite diaphragm provided by the invention, the ceramic coating and the polymer coating are respectively coated on the surface of the polyimide base film, the coated polymer coating can improve the thermal stability of the diaphragm, the mechanical strength of the diaphragm is improved by adding the ceramic coating, and the polyimide composite diaphragm has better air permeability, heat resistance stability, high ionic conductivity, electrolyte wettability and electrolyte liquid retention rate, so that the cycle life and the safety performance of a lithium ion battery are improved. |
