titleOfInvention | Use of lens globulin αA in the detection or diagnosis of pemphigoid |
abstract | The invention discloses the use of lens globulin αA in detecting or diagnosing pemphigoid. The present inventors discovered and identified a new pemphigoid self-antigen, Crystallin AlphaA (Crystallin AlphaA, CRYAA). Detection of autoantibodies to the protein can improve the accuracy of pemphigoid detection and avoid false negatives. Based on the discovery of the self-antigen, the present invention also provides an ELISA kit for detecting anti-human CRYAAIgG antibody and a detection method thereof. The kit contains a microporous strip coated with CRYAA recombinant protein. The detection of CRYAAIgG autoantibodies in serum of patients with pemphigoid can be realized. The present invention provides a new technical means for the detection and diagnosis of pemphigoid. |
