The invention belongs to the technical field of virus-like particles (Virus-like particles, VLPs) self-assembly, and discloses a single-plasmid-based T7 phage virus-like particle self-assembly method. The self-assembly method comprises: constructing an expression plasmid pRSFDuet-1-gp9- gp10A was transferred into Escherichia coli BL21 (DE3), and T7 phage virus-like particles were obtained through induction, expression, in vivo self-assembly, and preliminary purification; wherein, the expression plasmid pRSFDuet-1-gp9-gp10A contained T7 phage capsid The protein coding gene gp10A and the T7 phage scaffold protein coding gene gp9. The invention provides a new strategy for preparing T7 bacteriophage virus-like particles, which lays a foundation for the subsequent construction of vector vaccines or targeted drugs based on T7 bacteriophage virus-like particles. |
