abstract The invention discloses a method and a system for predicting candidate genes in a QTL (quantitative trait locus) based on integrated multi-omics analysis, wherein the method comprises the following steps: selecting a female parent and a male parent, hybridizing the female parent and the male parent to obtain F1 generations, and carrying out single seed transmission to construct a recombinant inbred line RILs; sequencing the recombinant inbred line RILs, constructing a genetic map, and carrying out QTL analysis to obtain QTL intervals and QTL interval position information; collecting known genes related to target characters in a public database, and comparing the known genes with the position information of the QTLs interval to obtain candidate genes; comparing the candidate gene with a parent protein sequence library to obtain genes with differences; carrying out later gene typing to obtain and test the corresponding characters of each typing group; and carrying out public expression database evidence and transgenic verification on the genes with the difference to obtain candidate genes in the QTL. The method integrates a multi-group chemical analysis method, can effectively lock candidate genes, and is convenient and fast to operate.
