abstract The invention discloses a time-sharing and partition regulation and control method of an urban centralized heating system considering building heat storage characteristics, which is based on methods of heat station level load prediction, heat attenuation calculation, heat station heat storage characteristic calculation and the like, wherein each heat station is divided into a plurality of heat attenuation areas, and the time-sharing characteristics of heat load requirements of each heat station are summarized; and obtaining an optimized heat station flow distribution strategy by using a heuristic optimization algorithm according to the heat attenuation condition and the heat storage characteristic of each heat station. The method can effectively reduce the heat energy waste of the heat supply system and improve the resource utilization efficiency of the system.
