abstract | The invention provides a thermal battery-electrolytic cell coupled hydrogen production system. The electrolytic cell contains an electrolyte, and the electrolytic cell is further provided with a hydrogen evolution cathode, a thermochemical cell anode, a thermochemical cell cathode, and an oxygen evolution anode; the hydrogen evolution cathode and the thermochemical cell are arranged in sequence. The battery anodes, the thermochemical battery cathodes and the oxygen evolution anodes are separated by exchange membranes respectively; when the hydrogen evolution and oxygen evolution operate independently, the hydrogen evolution cathodes and the thermochemical battery anodes and the oxygen evolution anodes and the thermochemical battery cathodes are separated. When the hydrogen evolution and oxygen evolution need to be carried out at the same time, the thermochemical battery anode and the thermochemical battery cathode are directly connected by wires, and the hydrogen evolution cathode and the oxygen evolution anode are connected with the power supply by wires.
