abstract The invention discloses an EST-SSR polymorphic primer combination and also discloses application of the EST-SSR polymorphic primer combination in efficient screening of 'paeonia ostii' or preparation of a screening 'paeonia ostii' detection kit. The invention also discloses a method for efficiently screening the 'paeonia ostii' EST-SSR polymorphic primers. The screening method is simple and universal, and can detect multiple pairs of primers through one-time PCR and one-time polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, so that the efficiency is improved, and manpower and material resources are saved. The method can efficiently screen the polymorphic primers and improve the experimental efficiency.
