titleOfInvention | anti-H3N 2 influenza virus hemagglutinin protein monoclonal antibody ZJU32-01 and application thereof in detection |
abstract | The invention provides a monoclonal antibody ZJU32-01 of an anti-H3N 2 influenza virus hemagglutinin protein and application thereof in detection. An anti-H3N 2 influenza virus hemagglutinin protein monoclonal antibody ZJU32-01, the subtype of the monoclonal antibody is IgG1 and kappa type, and the monoclonal antibody can be specifically combined with the H3N2 influenza virus hemagglutinin protein antigen. The heavy chain amino acid sequence of the antibody is shown as SEQ ID No.2, and the light chain amino acid sequence is shown as SEQ ID No. 4. The monoclonal antibody is further analyzed and identified in physical and chemical properties, and a method for detecting the H3N2 influenza virus by taking the monoclonal antibody as a probe through an immunofluorescence technique is established. The invention provides an effective tool for the auxiliary diagnosis of the H3N2 seasonal influenza virus infection in clinical samples, and can be popularized and applied to various detection technologies and clinical and experimental researches. |
