The invention discloses a device and a method for rapidly cooling and extracting high-purity arsenic trioxide in nonferrous smelting.A high-temperature high-arsenic-content flue gas generated by a smelting furnace is cooled by a smelting waste heat boiler, then enters a primary harm removing tower, is atomized, sprayed, cooled and decontaminated by mixed liquid, and simultaneously absorbs harmful gas in the flue gas, the cooled flue gas enters a high-efficiency electric dust remover, the flue gas collected by the electric dust remover enters a secondary quench tower, is atomized and cooled to separate out arsenic trioxide in the flue gas, the arsenic-containing flue gas enters a bag-type dust remover to be collected, and the clean flue gas of sulfur dioxide after arsenic removal is sent to a sulfuric acid system to be recycled. The invention has good arsenic removal selectivity and stability, the arsenic removal efficiency reaches more than 95.0 percent, and the purity of the purified arsenic trioxide reaches more than 98.0 percent. |
