titleOfInvention Low-temperature concentration and evaporation method of isoprene latex with anti-skin and anti-coalescence
abstract The invention relates to a low-temperature concentration and evaporation method for isoprene latex with anti-skin and anti-coalescing properties. The low-concentration isoprene latex is passed through an MVR evaporation system. The indicators of the low-concentration isoprene latex are as follows: the solid content is 5-10%, and the particle size is 1-2 μm. The whole process temperature of the low concentration isoprene latex flowing in the evaporation system is kept at 55-65°C; the temperature difference between the heating steam and the product is kept at 5-8°C. The method can obtain a high-concentration latex with good stability, no skinning and not easy to agglomerate.
