abstract The invention provides a graphite heat conducting sheet, a preparation method thereof and a semiconductor heat dissipation device. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out array punching on the graphite sheet to obtain the graphite sheet with array hole arrangement; (2) carrying out plasma treatment on the graphite sheet with array hole arrangement obtained in the step (1), and then carrying out chemical grafting on the graphite sheet by using a silane coupling agent containing vinyl to obtain a graphite sheet with a coupling agent layer coated on the surface; (3) and (3) coating a polymer layer on the outer surface of the graphite sheet coated with the coupling agent layer on the surface obtained in the step (2) by a chemical vapor deposition method to obtain the graphite heat conducting sheet. The graphite heat conducting sheet provided by the invention has the advantages of good heat dissipation effect, good heat uniformity and good structural stability, and is suitable for heat conduction and heat dissipation of semiconductor chips in electronic products.
