abstract | The invention discloses a PVDF/PI piezoelectric beam-based reflected sound beam adjusting unit, which comprises at least five identical PVDF/PI piezoelectric beams and a cavity made of 3D printing resin materials, wherein the piezoelectric beams are inserted into the cavity, the upper surface and the lower surface of each piezoelectric beam are in an arc curved surface shape, each piezoelectric beam is formed by bonding a PVDF piezoelectric layer and a PI layer which are plated with aluminum electrodes on two sides, the periphery and the bottom of the cavity are closed, the top of the cavity is opened, the piezoelectric beams are inserted and installed on the inner walls of two sides of the cavity, the bending directions of the piezoelectric beams positioned on the same side are consistent, and the bending directions of the piezoelectric beams on the two sides are opposite; meanwhile, the top opening of the cavity faces downwards, the bending direction of the first piezoelectric beam faces downwards, and the insertion mounting points of the piezoelectric beams below the first piezoelectric beam are sequentially located on the same plane in pairs. The invention has wide application scene, the proposed structure does not need additional machinery or a pressure transmission device, the voltage is directly regulated and controlled, a complex circuit is not needed, and the reflected sound beam phase operation in the range of 2 pi can be theoretically realized. |
