abstract The invention relates to the technical field of diamond wire plating solution, in particular to a method and a device for quickly judging torsion performance of a diamond wire; the judging method comprises the following steps: s1 simulating the production state of the plating solution in the production line, and electroplating on the cathode test piece; s2, placing the cathode test piece plated with the electroplated layer into a heating box for heating, and then placing into water with the temperature of 10 +/-2 ℃ for quenching; s3, bending the electroplated layer area of the cathode test piece for multiple times, and observing whether the electroplated layer cracks or bubbles so as to judge the torsion performance of the diamond wire; according to the method for rapidly judging the torsion performance of the diamond wire, whether the torsion value of the diamond wire is qualified or not can be judged by observing whether the coating is cracked or not through repeatedly bending the coated cathode test piece, so that the detection time is effectively shortened, the workload is reduced, the waste of raw materials is avoided, and the production efficiency is improved.
