abstract The invention discloses a method for producing hemopexin, which is characterized in that an expression vector containing a hemopexin gene expression frame is transferred into a soybean genome and expressed to obtain soybean seeds rich in the hemopexin, and the soybean seeds are separated and extracted to obtain the hemopexin. The invention provides a method for producing hemoglobin/myoglobin by utilizing transgenic soybean seeds, and the hemoglobin/myoglobin produced by the method can be used as a coloring additive and a flavor regulator of food; the invention discloses a promoter and a regulatory sequence which can be highly expressed in soybean seeds, wherein the content of hemoglobin/myoglobin in the soybean seeds of a high-expression strain reaches more than 0.1 percent of the weight of the seeds; the hemoglobin/myoglobin produced by the transgenic soybean reduces the production cost, saves energy compared with the traditional microbial fermentation method, and is a more environment-friendly production mode.
