abstract | The invention provides a polypeptide with an amino acid sequence shown as any one of SEQ ID NO 1-6 for detecting cellular immunity aiming at coronavirus, particularly new coronavirus infection. The polypeptide can be used for detecting the cell immunity of a new coronary patient and evaluating and monitoring the effectiveness of the vaccine, so that the polypeptide can be used for preparing a detection reagent for detecting the cell immunity aiming at coronavirus infection. The invention also provides a method for evaluating the effectiveness of a coronavirus vaccine by using the polypeptide of the invention, and a method for prognosis of patients infected by coronavirus or judging whether the patients infected by coronavirus have secondary infection possibility. The polypeptides of the invention may be used alone or in combination to reduce missed diagnosis. |
