titleOfInvention Preparation method of black nickel oxide and application of black nickel oxide in catalyzing oxidation reaction of 1, 2-diol for breaking C-C bond
abstract The invention discloses a novel reaction system for promoting selective oxidative cracking of o-diol C-C bonds by using a heterogeneous nickel oxide catalyst in the presence of molecular oxygen. The method for preparing black nickel oxide by adopting different nickel oxide precursors is researched, and the catalyst prepared by roasting nickel oxalate is found to show higher reaction activity. In addition, studies have shown that the nickel oxide prepared when the calcination temperature is 300 ℃ has the highest catalytic activity and good selectivity. The prepared catalyst is used for the oxidative cracking reaction process of the vicinal diol, and can efficiently and selectively catalyze, oxidize and synthesize high-value fine products such as benzaldehyde or alkyl benzoate and the like; the dosage range of the catalyst in the reaction is 5-35 wt% (mass percent of the catalyst and the reaction substrate), the reaction temperature is controlled at 30-190 ℃, the oxygen pressure is 0.1-10MPa, and the reaction time is 2-30 h; the method has the characteristics of high oxidation efficiency, few byproducts, easiness in separation and purification, mild reaction conditions, good cyclicity and stability, avoidance of use of a noble metal catalyst, low selectivity and the like, and has high practicability.
