abstract | The invention provides a probiotic composition capable of releasing ORNs, which comprises, by weight, 5-25 parts of casein phosphopeptide, 10-20 parts of xylitol, 1-50 parts of oligosaccharide, 5-25 parts of hydrolyzed yolk powder, 1-3 parts of lactobacillus acidophilus, 1-3 parts of lactobacillus fermentum, 1-3 parts of lactobacillus paracasei, 1-3 parts of lactobacillus reuteri and 1-3 parts of lactobacillus rhamnosus; the oligosaccharide comprises galacto-oligosaccharide, fructo-oligosaccharide or isomalto-oligosaccharide. The invention also provides application of the probiotic composition in an oral care product for inhibiting helicobacter pylori colonization in an oral cavity. The invention also provides application of the probiotic composition in an oral care product for inhibiting the colonization of the porphyromonas gingivalis in an oral cavity. |
