titleOfInvention | Application of kurarinone in preparation of medicine for preventing and treating Parkinson's disease |
abstract | The invention discloses an application of kushenketone in preparing a medicine for preventing and treating Parkinson disease, wherein 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1, 2,3, 6-tetrahydropyridine hydrochloride (MPTP) is adopted for molding, the motor capacity of a PD mouse is reduced, the levels of intracerebral Dopamine (DA) and metabolites thereof, namely 3, 4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid (DOPAC) and homovanillic acid (HVA), are reduced, and the level of Tyrosine Hydroxylase (TH) is reduced. The kurarinone (kurarinone) is given to inhibit the activity of soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH), so that the content of Dopamine (DA) and metabolites thereof, namely 3, 4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid (DOPAC) and homovanillic acid (HVA) in brain is increased, and the MPTP-induced PD is further improved. |
