abstract | A device and a method for preparing hydrogen coupled hydrogen fuel cells by sludge fermentation based on immobilized cells are disclosed, wherein the device comprises a configuration module, a sludge anaerobic fermentation module, a water washing module, an alkali washing module and an adsorption module; wherein the module is configured to combine the clostridia P21 with an adsorptive filler to form immobilized cell particles; the sludge anaerobic fermentation module is used for utilizing Clostridium P21, fermenting the Clostridium P21 through a liquid culture medium of a substrate and an auxiliary material, setting the pH value to be constant to be more than 7 and the fermentation temperature to be more than 40 ℃, producing a mixed gas containing hydrogen, and leaving the immobilized cell particles adsorbed with Clostridium P21 in a fermentation tank when the fermentation residues are periodically, quantitatively and discontinuously output; wherein the mixed gas only contains hydrogen, carbon dioxide and acid gas with the purity of more than 98 percent, the substrate comprises activated sludge, and the auxiliary material comprises phosphate composite liquid. Therefore, the filler is added into the fermentation system to fix the fermentation cells, so that the utilization efficiency of the system strains is increased, and the yield of hydrogen and the efficiency of power generation are increased. |
