abstract The invention provides a BTF/BFFO eutectic explosive with low mechanical sensitivity and high detonation performance, a preparation method and application thereof. The eutectic explosive is made of BTF and BFFO, and the molar ratio of BTF and BFFO is 1:1; The weakening degree of the mechanical sensitivity of the explosive relative to BTF is 163%; the eutectic of the eutectic explosive belongs to the orthorhombic system and the space group Pna2 1 . In the eutectic explosive, BTF molecules and BFFO molecules are combined by intermolecular π-π stacking. Compared with BTF, the low mechanical sensitivity and high detonation performance BTF/BFFO eutectic explosive of the present invention has a greatly reduced mechanical sensitivity, and meanwhile has excellent detonation performance. The preparation method of the invention has simple technical process, mild reaction conditions, and can be prepared at 0-18° C. The prepared eutectic explosive can be used as a high-energy insensitive explosive in the explosive network charge of special explosives.
