abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of catalysis, and discloses a basic synthetic aluminum phosphate molecular sieve alkylation catalyst and application thereof. The preparation of the alkylation catalyst includes: (1) mixing a neutral phosphorus-aluminum source, a silicon source, a basic template agent and water, adding an amphoteric metal salt and stirring uniformly, and performing a crystallization reaction under alkaline conditions; ( 2) The crystallization reaction product is filtered, dried and calcined in sequence to obtain an aluminum phosphate molecular sieve alkylation catalyst. Compared with the impregnation method, the invention can directly synthesize the aluminum phosphate molecular sieve containing the amphoteric metal skeleton under alkaline conditions, and can effectively reduce the loss of metal active components; meanwhile, the skeleton structure of the alkylation catalyst is stable and the number of mesopores is more. It is more conducive to product diffusion and increases product selectivity. The alkylation catalyst of the present invention is used in the alkylation reaction of anthracene and cooperates with a specific reaction process, and has the advantages of high catalytic activity, stable catalytic performance and low production cost. |
