abstract | The invention relates to a TOPCon battery main grid silver paste, which comprises: 78-85 wt% of mixed silver powder, 1-5 wt% of main glass powder Pb-Si-Ti-Zn oxide, 0.1-2 wt% of auxiliary glass powder Bi-Si-Mn-Cu oxide, 8-20 wt% of organic carrier and 0.5-5 wt% of organic auxiliary agent; the mixed silver powder is a mixture of spherical silver powder A, spherical silver powder B and nano silver powder C; the fineness of the main grid silver paste is less than 8 mu m, and the viscosity of the main grid silver paste at the rotating speed of 5rmp is 90-150 Pa.S/25 ℃. The main gate silver paste has a wider sintering window and higher photoelectric conversion efficiency, and can simultaneously meet the requirements of using main gate electrodes on the front side and the back side of a TOPCon battery. |
