The invention provides a seminal plasma zinc developing solution for preventing low-temperature precipitation and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the seminal plasma zinc developing solution comprises the following components: 0.01-0.4 g/L of 1- (2-pyridylazo) -2-naphthol, 10-100 mL/L of methanol, 1-35 g/L of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 1-25 g/L of diammonium hydrogen phosphate, 1-15 g/L of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.5-10 g/L of sodium citrate, 0.1-5 g/L of sodium fluoride, 1-40 g/L of surfactant and 0.1-2 mL/L of biological preservative; the surfactant is selected from sodium dodecyl sarcosinate, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate or surfactant S6. According to the invention, by controlling the components and the using amount, the seminal plasma zinc developing solution is low temperature resistant, and can be uniformly and stably carried or stored at the temperature of 2-8 ℃. |
