The molecular structure is characterized by monohalogenated benzene as the co-polymerized electron-rich unit, and fluorobenzothiadiazole as the co-polymerized electron-deficient unit. The optical band gap of the polymer provided by the present invention is 1.76-1.77eV, and the HOMO orbital is between-5.20--5.50eV. It can be used to make optoelectronic functional devices, including organic photovoltaic devices and organic field effect transistors. |
