titleOfInvention Guided tissue regeneration membrane containing TPE-NIM fluorescent probe and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a tissue regeneration guiding membrane containing a TPE-NIM fluorescent probe and a preparation method thereof, and the tissue regeneration guiding membrane comprises the following steps: (1) synthesizing TPE-Br; (2) TPE-B (OH) 2 Synthesizing; (3) synthesizing 4-bromo-N- (dimethylaminopropyl) -1, 8-naphthalimide; (4) and (4) synthesizing TPE-NIM. The GTR membrane with slow-release antibacterial components, no drug resistance and bacterial tracing is used in guided tissue regeneration technology (GTR), and a membrane material is used as an isolation barrier and is placed at a periodontal tissue defect to block gingival epithelium and prevent the gingival epithelium from growing along a root surface in a healing process, and fibrous connective tissues are prevented from contacting with the surface of a tooth root, so that periodontal membrane cells with the capacity of forming new attachment are guided to preferentially occupy the root surface, thereby forming new attachment and providing a growth space for bone tissue regeneration.
