titleOfInvention Preparation method and application of flexible and special-shaped perovskite solar cell module
abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of new energy materials, and discloses a preparation method and application of a flexible and special-shaped perovskite solar cell module. In the vapor phase method for manufacturing a solar cell, a solar cell module having a geometric fill factor of more than 95% and high output power can be manufactured without a barrier layer by using a fine mask line that can be finely moved, and by using a fine relative displacement between a substrate and the mask line as a space of the P1, P2, and P3 patterns. The invention avoids the problem that the perovskite active layers and the bottom electrode at two sides of the scribing pattern are easily damaged excessively in the process of scribing P2 and P3 by laser, thereby having the advantage of compatibility with a flexible substrate with a special-shaped curved surface. The invention can manufacture the perovskite active layer film with high quality and high uniformity, simultaneously displays a module with the dead zone area close to that of a laser scribing method, and can prepare the high-efficiency perovskite solar cell module on a large-area flexible and special-shaped substrate.
