The invention belongs to the field of high-molecular functional materials, and particularly relates to a concentration-adjustment-self-assembly-based super-hydrophobic film, and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein N, N-dimethylformamide is used as a solvent, beta-cyclodextrin and a styrene monomer which are partially esterified by maleic anhydride and trapezoidal polyvinyl siloxane microparticles are subjected to free radical polymerization under azodiisobutyronitrile to obtain a polymer product, N-dimethylformamide is used as a solvent to prepare 20-30 mg/mL injection molding liquid, the injection molding liquid is cast onto the surface of a base material, and a hydrophobic film with a structure similar to that of sea urchin micro-nano particles is obtained through self-assembly, so that the hydrophobic film has high-efficiency oil-water separation capacity, and the average separation rate of cyclohexane and water can reach 98.2%. When the film is cast on a glass substrate, the contact angle of the hydrophobic film reaches more than 154 degrees, and the rolling angle of the film is lower than 2 degrees, so that the film is an excellent super-hydrophobic polymer film. |
