abstract | The invention belongs to the field of veterinary drug preparation and application, and particularly relates to an antibiotic adjuvant for inhibiting a salmonella efflux pump and application of the antibiotic adjuvant and analogues. The AcrB protein is docked with potential candidate drugs by using a molecular docking method, domperidone is taken as an optimal candidate efflux pump inhibitor, and the optimal proportion of the domperidone for enhancing the antibacterial activity of enrofloxacin against drug-resistant salmonella and drug-resistant escherichia coli is confirmed by a chessboard method; the inhibitory activity of domperidone on the salmonella AcrAB-TolC pump was confirmed by positive inhibitors of the AcrAB-TolC pump. And further confirms the function of domperidone in inhibiting the formation of salmonella biomembranes and inhibiting the pathogenicity of salmonella multi-hosts. The invention proves that when domperidone is used together with antibacterial drugs, the drug resistance of drug-resistant salmonella and escherichia coli can be effectively reversed, and the domperidone has obvious effects on inhibiting biofilm formation and pathogenicity. |
