Protein containers, polynucleotides, vectors, expression cassettes, cells, methods for producing containers, methods for identifying pathogens or diagnosing diseases, uses of containers, and diagnostic kits
The present invention relates to a protein container into which various exogenous polyamino acid sequences can be simultaneously inserted for expression in various systems and for various uses. The present invention relates to polynucleotides which can produce the above-mentioned protein containers. The present invention also relates to vectors and expression cassettes comprising the above-mentioned polynucleotides. The present invention also relates to cells comprising the above-mentioned vectors or expression cassettes. The present invention also relates to methods for producing said protein containers and identifying pathogens or diagnosing diseases in vitro. The present invention also relates to the use of said protein container and a kit comprising said protein container for diagnosis or as a vaccine composition.
