abstract This application designs a set of methods for identifying non-permeable surfaces in high-resolution remote sensing images, focusing on the metrological restoration of shadow areas on high-scoring remote sensing images, the interpretation of land types, and refined urban non-permeable surface identification. The shadow generated by the tree canopy makes the identification of urban impermeable surface uncertain. A method for shadow measurement and restoration of high-resolution remote sensing image oriented to impermeable surface is proposed. PCA transformation and HIS transformation are introduced to obtain various spectral features to realize the shadow area. Based on the blue band component suppression and HSI spatial restoration, the restoration of urban shadow areas is realized; the second is to better obtain the identification results of urban non-permeable surfaces, and analyze the impact of different segmentation factors and parameter settings on the identification of non-permeable surfaces. The multi-decision tree joint classifier is used to realize the refined identification of object-oriented non-permeable surfaces. The accuracy of non-permeable surface identification is 96.38%, which provides a strong guarantee for the research and application of non-permeable surfaces.
