abstract | The invention provides a nonlinear flow compensation method for an infusion pump, which comprises the following steps: determining a flow compensation coefficient, a compensation index, a compensation upper limit and a compensation interval time; starting a motor of the infusion pump, and identifying the type of the infusion set; after the compensation interval time is reached, judging whether to change the rotating speed of the motor according to the type of the infusion apparatus; aiming at a pipeline with slow output flow reduction after the motor is started, a nonlinear compensation mode is adopted; aiming at a pipeline with fast output flow reduction after the motor is started, a linear compensation mode is adopted; and aiming at the pipeline with stable output flow after the motor is started, the flow compensation is not carried out. The invention has the advantages that: the coefficient, the compensation index and the compensation interval time of the precision compensation can be flexibly set. And can accurately display the change of the transfusion flow. The injector can adopt different algorithms to compensate the flow rate aiming at injectors of different brands, and the aim of stable clinical use is achieved. |
