abstract |
Provided herein is the use of interleukin 37 in combination with interferon for the treatment of viral infections. In particular, provided herein are products for treating viral infectious diseases or conditions comprising: (a) an interleukin 37(IL-37) active substance; (b) one or more Interferon (IFN) actives; and (c) optionally, a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. Also provided herein is the use of an IL-37 active substance and an Interferon (IFN) active substance in the preparation of said products. The combination and the product can effectively treat diseases caused by virus infection, particularly the virus infectious diseases without obvious effect on the treatment of the existing antiviral drugs, and have great social value and wide application prospect. |
