titleOfInvention | A Lightweight Disc Motor Based on Printed Circuit Board |
abstract | The invention discloses a lightweight disc motor based on a printed circuit board, which belongs to the technical field of disc motors. The stator and rotor have no iron core. The three-phase windings originally wound on the iron core are replaced by the circuit embedded on the printed circuit board. The stator circuit is a three-phase symmetrical disc circuit, and the rotor circuit is a squirrel cage formed by the connection of copper bars. Type disc circuit, and its copper strips are also designed through printed circuit boards. Two printed circuit boards are connected by shafts as stators and rotors to form a lightweight disc motor. The stator circuit is supplied with three-phase symmetrical alternating current, which drives the rotor to rotate through electromagnetic induction. The invention uses the printed circuit board to replace the iron core and the copper wire, greatly reduces the moment of inertia and weight of the motor, and realizes the ultra-high-speed rotation of the motor; compared with the traditional motor manufacturing, the printed circuit board manufacturing process is simple and the cost is low. |
