The invention discloses a flexible photoelectric detector based on an ultra-thin single crystal perovskite film, comprising a support layer, a composite structure with a spacer layer and an active layer, and an electrode layer arranged in sequence from bottom to top; the support layer is flexible An organic substrate; the composite structure is configured to include flexible mica flakes and a single-crystal perovskite film grown on the surface of the flexible mica flakes. Further, the present invention also discloses a method for preparing a flexible photodetector. The flexible mica sheet is prepared by a mechanical peeling method, a single crystal perovskite film is grown on the surface of the flexible mica sheet by a low temperature solution method, and a composite structure is obtained after annealing treatment. The present invention can realize a high-performance flexible single-crystal perovskite thin film photodetector by utilizing the composite structure with the spacer layer and the active layer and the flexibility of the organic support layer itself. |
