abstract The invention discloses a pyramid modulation injection-based multispectral and panchromatic remote sensing image fusion method, which comprises the steps of firstly segmenting a pair of multispectral images and panchromatic images to obtain a plurality of groups of multispectral image blocks and panchromatic image blocks which are matched with the same content; then, carrying out characteristic space mapping and conversion to obtain a spectrum mapping vector and a space mapping vector; then, extracting features, obtaining an injection coefficient according to the spectral feature map and the spatial feature map, and injecting an injection system into the spectral feature map to obtain a spatial-spectral combined feature; and finally, obtaining an image with high spatial resolution and high spectral resolution through two rounds of up-sampling. The invention completes the spatial resolution improvement of the multispectral image by depending on the global dependency relationship of the spectral information and the spatial information, so that the fusion image achieves effective dual fidelity on the spectral and spatial domains.
