abstract | The present invention relates to a thermosetting resin composition and a method for preparing the same. Specifically, the invention provides a resin composition which comprises a component A and a component B, and is characterized in that the component A comprises Tricyclopentadiene (TCPD), dicyclopentadiene (DCPD) and epoxy resin, and the component B comprises a ruthenium carbene catalyst, an epoxy curing agent and an epoxy resin curing accelerator. The preparation method of the resin composition is simple, convenient to operate, low in cost and suitable for large-scale industrial production; meanwhile, the prepared resin has excellent tensile, bending, impact and other properties, is resistant to acid, alkali and salt corrosion, has good fatigue resistance, and can be widely applied to the fields of automobile light weight, rail transit, aerospace, chlor-alkali chemical industry, engineering machinery, wind power and the like. |
