A Heterogeneous Catalyst for Hydrogenation of Styrenic Thermoplastic Elastomers |
abstract |
The invention relates to a heterogeneous catalyst for hydrogenation of styrene-based thermoplastic elastomers. The catalyst is composed of 5-80 wt% nickel as an active component and 0.01-5 wt% as a second active component in mass percentage. , 5~80 wt% silicon source and 5~80 wt% aluminum source. The obtained heterogeneous catalyst not only has high hydrogenation reaction activity, but also is easy to separate from the product after the reaction, avoids the separation and recycling problems of the catalyst and the product existing in the use of the homogeneous catalyst, and has good industrial application prospects . |
