The invention relates to an artificial nerve sheath hydrogel repair system and a preparation method and application thereof, comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-3 of gelatin, 0.5-1 of methacrylic anhydride-modified gelatin, and 30-35 of acrylic acid , the dopamine-grafted acrylic acid is 1-1.5, the tannic acid is 6-8, and the methacryloyloxyethyltrimethylammonium chloride is 1-1.6. The biomimetic artificial nerve sheath hydrogel repair system was prepared by 3D polymerization under thermally induced conditions by adjusting the content of each component. Compared with the prior art, the artificial nerve sheath hydrogel repair system prepared by the present invention has good stability and excellent biocompatibility, and has a good repair and regeneration effect on the severed sciatic nerve of rats, which is a good choice for the recipients. The development of a repair system for damaged nerve tissue provides a new method with broad application prospects. |
