titleOfInvention Method for non-invasive detection of amino acid content of skin and its accessory organs and application thereof
abstract The invention discloses a method for detecting the amino acid content of the skin and/or the accessory organs of human or animal in vivo and non-invasively, which comprises the following steps: a) providing a detection device, the device comprising: i) a fluorescence spectrometer/spectrofluorometer, said fluorescence spectrometer/spectrophotometer comprising: a light source, an excitation monochromator, an emission monochromator, a detector, and a data processing and instrument control unit; ii) a Y-shaped optical fiber, wherein the light transmission range of the Y-shaped optical fiber is 260-2200nm, iii) a special light path, the light transmission range of the special light path is 200-1100nm, b) the skin to be detected and/or the affiliated organ part thereof are detected, and the fluorescence spectrum data of the skin and/or the affiliated organ amino acid of the tested area are obtained. The invention also provides a method for evaluating the nourishing efficacy of the cosmetics in vivo and in a non-invasive manner.
