abstract |
The invention provides a pharmaceutical composition, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 90-120 parts of a quick-release coating part containing everolimus, 80-150 parts of a slow-release coating part containing meclofenoxate sodium and 5-8 parts of pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary materials; wherein the auxiliary material is selected from one or a mixture of two of micropowder silica gel and croscarmellose sodium in any proportion. The pharmaceutical composition provided by the invention is used for reducing the dosage of meclofenoxate sodium used in the medicine and reducing the toxic and side effects in the prior art on the premise of ensuring the curative effect. |
