titleOfInvention Health factor oral intestinal tract positioning delivery system and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention specially designs an oral intestinal tract positioning delivery system of health factors aiming at the health factors needed by human bodies which are not suitable for direct oral administration and have poor stability, the oral intestinal tract positioning delivery system comprises carriers and the health factors prepared from sodium alginate and low-ester pectin, and the M/G block ratio of the sodium alginate is 1: a method of preparing an oral gut targeted delivery system of a health factor comprising: the method comprises the following steps of mixing sodium alginate and low-ester pectin solution according to a volume ratio of 1: 8-4: 1, adding the health factor solution into the carrier solution for mixing; and mixing the mixed solution in the second step and a calcium chloride solution uniformly, filtering and washing, drying at room temperature to obtain the target carrier beads, and storing at 4 ℃. The application of the invention has scientific and reasonable design, realizes a more compact gel network, ensures that the health factors are more densely trapped in the gel, ensures that the carrier can efficiently pass through the gastric environment and directly reach the parts such as small intestine, colon and the like, realizes the possibility that the health factors which are not suitable for direct oral administration have oral administration, provides a new way for the simple, efficient and noninvasive utilization of the health factors with low stability and low bioavailability, has no additional chemical reagent in the preparation method, has simple and green process, and can respectively or simultaneously deliver one or more hydrophilic and/or hydrophobic health factors through experimental verification.
