titleOfInvention Imaging systems and methods of fabricating metalens arrays
abstract An imaging system and a method of fabricating a metalens array are provided. The imaging system includes an array of metalens, and light scattered from the object is divided by the array of metalens so that an image is formed in front of an observer. The metalens array is at least partially transparent to visible light so that the observer can also see the environment. The method of fabricating the metalens array includes bonding a plurality of substrates together, and cutting the plurality of substrates into a metalens array. The metalens array can be used in the imaging system.
