abstract | The invention relates to a method for evaluating biotoxicity effect of petroleum with a control station based on sebastes marmoratus, which comprises the following steps: (1) setting a plurality of petroleum pollution monitoring stations and a clean comparison station by adopting a sea area in-situ monitoring experiment; (2) suspending healthy sebastes marmoratus in different monitoring stations by using a net frame; (3) monitoring for 14 days continuously, observing the survival condition of sebastes marmoratus in the last day, and taking and storing liver, gall bladder and gonad tissues of live sebastes marmoratus to perform physiological and biochemical detection; (4) the toxic effect of marine petroleum living beings is divided into five grades; (5) obtaining a first-to-third-level grading threshold value based on the grading coefficient of each molecular biomarker and the response index of the second-generation comprehensive biomarker; (6) and analyzing and evaluating the toxicity effect risk grade of the marine petroleum organisms with the control station. The method has the advantages of simple method, wide raw material source, low cost, easy operation, obvious effect and the like, and can quantitatively evaluate the safety of the marine petroleum pollution to marine organisms and ecological systems. |
