abstract | The invention discloses a preservation solution of glutamic acid decarboxylase, which includes: 50mM PB buffer solution, pH 6.0, glycerol 50, RENISO-TRITON SEZ 55 0.1-1%, TWEEN-81 0.1-0.2%, Ca(OH)2 50-100 mM, EDTA or EDTANa2 1-2 mM, sorbitol 5-10%, sucrose and or trehalose, wherein sucrose 10-20%, trehalose 5-10%; also includes 0.01-0.05% stack Sodium nitrogen or 0.1-0.2% thymol and protease inhibitors are Antipain and or aprotinin. The glutamate decarboxylase is preserved by using the preservation solution disclosed in the present invention at 4°C for 1-2 months without loss of activity, and the retention activity is 60% after incubation at 60°C for 2 hours. |
