titleOfInvention Dispersing type basic copper chloride and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to the technical field of feed additives, in particular to a dispersion type basic copper chloride and a preparation method thereof, wherein the percentage content of the basic copper chloride and an amino acid copper chelate is 1-10 w%, the amino acid chelate is glycine chelated copper and/or methionine chelated copper, the preparation method comprises the steps of preparing a mixed system containing a dispersion auxiliary agent, copper chloride and copper oxide, reacting the mixed system at 45-105 ℃ for 2-5 hours to obtain a product system, and carrying out solid-liquid separation on the product system to obtain the dispersion type basic copper chloride and a mother solution. The invention overcomes the defects of complex crystallization scheme, the need of treating the copper-containing ammonium chloride wastewater, the need of adding auxiliary dispersing or crystallizing auxiliary materials with non-nutritional purpose and the like in the prior art, and solves the problems of increased process flow and reduced effective content of basic copper chloride.
