In the gas-liquid micro-sulfonation system, the content of linear alkyl benzene sulfonic acid synthesized with gas-phase SO 3 as sulfonating agent can reach 99.17%. At the same time, the separation of organic solvent in the product is avoided, and the aging step is omitted. The process steps are greatly simplified and the reaction time is shortened.
